EMpower by Emily Mara approaches movement and nourishment from a holistic and mindful viewpoint. Through goal setting and accountability coaching, personal training (virtual and in person), pre/postnatal 1:1 and small group training, weekly live streamed classes, and an On Demand library of 150+ workouts, Emily works with women to help them understand the power of the mind-body connection as they strive to incorporate healthier habits into their busy lives. Her workouts are designed to teach you the proper foundations of movement, so you are able to move efficiently and safely, while also finding JOY in the experience. In your work together you can expect to be challenged in a supportive container, and leave feeling both grounded and accomplished. I have never come across someone as passionate, sincere, invested, warm, supportive, and knowledgeable as Emily. She has been through many phases of my life with me, and has helped me navigate them all, while keeping me focused on my goals, but also keeping me grounded. I am so inspired by Emily and the way she has gotten me in touch with my body and has encouraged me to reach my goals.
